    How do I figure this out???

    "Sorry, the nameserver ns1.server.org.au already has the ip 123.123.123.123 assigned to it."

    It just will not let me add the nameserver. Anyone able to help?

    Thanks,

    Korske

    where do u try to add this nameserver ? via the WHM at the setup ?

    in case it is thru that,then it seems that the nameserver has already been setup.

    edit /etc/nameserverips and remove the unwanted and repeat process.

    I have the same problem on a brand new server. I changed the IP for the nameservers at the registrar and it propogated, but I get that error.

    My etc/nameserverips looks like:

    207.58.181.17=0
    207.58.181.18=0
    207.58.181.19=0
    207.58.181.20=0

    - Very odd!

    edit it as below:

    207.58.181.17=ns1.domain.com
    207.58.181.18=ns2.domain.com
    207.58.181.19=ns3.domain.com
    207.58.181.20=ns4.domain.com
