named.conf file wiped - Solved
Edit Note: I think this relates to this post on excludes in yum.conf

Just a notice... I'm not sure what happened, but when I just updated from 10.8.2-RELEASE_119 to 10.9.0-RELEASE_32, my named.conf file was wiped out and set to some kind of default file and no zones in it. Fortunately, I had a fairly current back-up and just replaced it. Although this seems to be working, I'm wondering if there was something new, in the new named.conf file, that I should have kept? Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
Thanks,
