Named issue cPanel

Hi,

When I try to execute /scripts/fixrndc. I am getting the following error. Could any one tell me what is causing this. The ports 53 and 993 are listening in the server.

You're executing the script for a reason, what is that reason if I might ask? It might be helpful.

Are you specifying port 53 for something in named.conf ?

@Infopro, yes the domains are down in the server because of this issue.

@thewebhosting, no I just testing the working of the named service by telnet to port.

Any help will be appreciated.

Try following:

/scripts/rebuilddnsconfig
/scripts/upcp --force
rndc-confgen

Regenerat and update rndc.conf and rndc.key

/etc/sysconfig/named
