im cuurently running my 3 nameservers on the 1 box which isnt very robust and am trying to move one of these to a different server.

Currently my nameserver details are these:-
    ns1 is 70.84.4.218
    ns2 is 70.84.4.219
    ns3 is 70.84.4.220

Im wanting to put ns2 onto 70.85.31.172 which as i said is a different box

when using manage nameserverips on WHM i get the following error when trying to remove this:

Sorry, the nameserver ip 70.84.4.219 cannot be removing since it is still registered with an ICANN register.

I even tried changing it in /etc/nameserverips but it still goes back.

    Any ideas?

    cheers
