I have a dedicated server running WHM / cPanel and two VPSs running cPanel DNS Only in a cluster.

I am using the VPSs as nameservers (ns1 and ns2).

When I submit a domain registration to my registrar, they say that ns1 is authoritative but ns2 is not authoritative.

I am a little stuck here, any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks, Barry

    Howdy,

Have you registered your IP's with a registrar? If so have you set up A records for their hostname (ns1.domain.tld)? And if that is so have you pointed the new domain at those hosts?

Sorry for the birage of questions it's hard to put a flowchart into the forums :)

    Thanks!
