Hi, I purchased a VPS with only 1 IP and that was assigned as my ns1. So I purchased another one for my ns2.
I logged in WHM>Basic cPanel & WHM Setup and assign the new IP to my NS2..i thought that was easy
but when I check DNS Functions>Nameserver IPs my ns2 still says "No IP"
    Please help

Did you checked your DNS zone?
When you edit your Domain, you need set up some thing in your domain like Domain child Name server ? It't took 24-72 hours to set up, and works correctly..

    Hello :)

Yes, the following thread should be useful:

    Changing Name Server IPs

It's important to note that the IP addresses assigned to your name servers are configured at the domain registrar. The option you see in WHM is only there to provide you with information on what name servers are used in your DNS Zones.

    Thank you.

make sure you have added second ip to your vps by doing that through WHM ip manage section so it gets listed into system once done you can then try again with adding ip to ns2
