We are experiencing an issue after having changed the nameservers of a certain domain.
Before we pointed the domain to our host by pointing it to the hosts server's IP address in it's A (Host) @ record.
However, today we had to move all our emails belonging to this domain to the same server as where the website is hosted. We tried to point the MX records to the server, this did not work.
After changing the nameservers to the nameservers of our host the emails worked correctly but something else had slipped our mind: we have 2 subdomains hosted on a different server. Before we simply had the subdomains pointed to this server in our A (Host) @ records, but now the nameservers are changed in the domain settings we have no access anymore to the DNS Zone File.
When we click on edit DNS zone file, it says:
" The zone file is unavailable because the domain's set nameservers do not belong to this registrar. "
Any possibility to keep my subdomains 'up' even when they are hosted on a different server??
Thanks!
