Whenever a new account is set up, the nameservers are set to the registrar's nameservers.

Setting an account up manually, I uncheck the "use registrar's servers" and my nameservers appear at the bottom of the screen, but when I click "create" and the account is created, it is with the registrar's nameservers.

I'm out of ideas. Anyone else have any?

In WHM -> Server Configuration -> Tweak Settings -> Domains is When adding a new domain, if the domain is already registered, ignore the configured nameservers, and set the NS line to the authoritative (registered) ones. checked? If so, try unchecking it.
