ndc: connect failed: connection refused

Running /scripts/fixndc does nothing. Please help with this. I get it in both WHM and cpanel and I believe it to be the reson I am having all the other problems... Addon domains setup within cpanel not working and such.

Does your key name and secret in /etc/named.conf match what is in your /etc/rndc.conf?
