I have protected my website admin folder via CPanel. I set user and password for this user. However the Cron Job (it’s referred to this folder) does not work at all after these actions. How can I protect the Admin Folder and the Cron would work properly? Any solutions? I appreciate it very much. Thank you

What exactly is the cronjob doing?

If it is wget or links you need to pass the user/pass via CLI. Checkout the man page for how to do it.
