Need emergency help with these questions.

Does cpanel run good on pentium 3 servers? Right now I run AMD but I may get a pent 3. Also is rackshack.net good? They are offering 400gb of transfer right now. I want to jump on that offer ASAP. So please shed some light on this please.

cPanel runs fine on any x86 (Pentium X or Amd X or Via X etc) platform.

single P3 and Dual P3 run just fine for over 13 months for me :)
