    Hello,
I`am hoping that someone here can help me. Ive been surfing days and couldn`t find solution.

    Ill start from the beginning.
I have a dedicated server with WHM and cpanel and around 10 of websites on it.
I was looking a way to disable awstats only on some accounts (not globally) and Ive done it with this solution: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=605589 .
After that Ive noticed on the accounts where I have disabled awstats this message in cpanel stats tab: [an error occurred while processing this directive] [an error occurred while processing this directive]. When clicking on that message Ive get this error:

    Code:

Besides that I also can`t connect via FTP on those accounts.

Ive tryed to edit users files in /var/cpanel/users/ to the way it was before I tryed to disable awstats, but that didnt help.

Can anyone please help. My hosting company says that I need to delete those accounts and then create them again. I cant do that because i have a lot of data on those accounts.

    Thank you.

    Have you tried re-installing cPanel?

No, I`am afraid to do that because I don`t know will that kill my accounts. I cant afford myself to lose those accounts.

Okay, how about upgrading your cPanel from WHM? Have you tried that?
