Need help for Opening Port

    Hello,

    i tried to open port 2710 for torrent tracker.. but its not working at all.. all i can see is port 2710 : Connection refused . i really dont know how to do now. already checked forum posts.. but i cannt find the solution. i'm using APF.. i tried CSF before.. but i receive 30-40 mails and errors within 2-3mins. its really anoying.. i deleted and use APF..but still not working. :(

    i knows well infopro.. this is not apf support forum.. you dont need to mention. :D ..the link you gave me.. i tried all of them.. no success..
