Hi, anyone here knows how to label webmail account that has been suspended or disbaled..? At least we (cpanel admins) knows that the account has been deactivated. Will appreciate someone who could help. :)

Thanks!

Is this only one email account on an account that has been disabled? Also, by disabled, how precisely was the email account disabled?

Thanks for the response, ok, it goes somewhat like this:

as an SOP we are disabling webmail accounts of an inactive employee by changing user password,
the problem is we don't even know that the account is already disabled or the password has been change. There are 4 of us cpanel admins in-charge.
Is there an option on how to label those inactive account..? or any possible solution... thanks and more power!

There isn't any current option to make an email account inactive. I actually would suggest making a feature request to allow disabling email accounts in cPanel > Email Accounts area and then having them marked as disabled / suspended there. This would keep the email account existing but prevent access for the user who doesn't have cPanel access itself.

The feature request forum is at the following location:
