Hi All:
I'm building a website for a client who has a VPS. They've supplied me with cPanel access for the particular account we're working on together, but I've recently encountered this message:
Internal Server Error
500
The system failed to open the session file “/var/cpanel/sessions/raw/:01_acLVstJInB4GI” because of an error: Disk quota exceeded at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Session.pm line 277
I was using cPanel with no issues prior to the weekend. I uploaded and extracted the files to setup Wordpress, and needed to correct the GoDaddy host database name before I could complete the install, but now I'm locked out of cPanel.
FTP credentials don't seem to work either. I receive a message saying the "server has closed the connection." From what I've read so far, this seems to imply there's a ton of inode files taking up space on the VPS? Is there a way for me to fix this? I don't have SSH access.
Thanks for any help and guidance.
Paul
