Need help log files where to find [warn] logs

    Says all,im getting internal or 500 errors and friend was using logs to find the problems in my vps,thats really helped,but I forgot to ask where he found them,so maybe you guys can help me.
    [Thu Jan 02 21:54:46 2014] [warn] UID of script "/home/root/public_html/index.php" is smaller than min_uid


    [Thu Jan 02 22:17:36 2014] [warn] File "/home/root/public_html/index.php" is writeable by group

    Logs looked like this,any ideas what file and where contains this or zoc terminal command to display errors? Thank you.

    Those errors are in /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log

    Yes, you will find those entries in the Apache error log (/usr/local/apache/logs/error_log). You may also find the following document helpful:
