need help making space! [moved]

Im needing to recieve emails, but none are coming through on outlook express. I logged into cpanel, ro find i only have 0.03 Megabytes of disk space left. I have cleaned up evertything that i can, but how can i free space up to recieve emails?
This happens nearly every month, my site shouldnt take up this much space. Whenever it did happen, i got my bro to fix it, but he is now on vacation.
This is so fustrating. can anyone tell me what to do?

1st You can download all your messages via Outlook or Thunderbird or any email account into your Computer instead of leaving them on the Mail Server

2nd log into your cPanel , and try go into 'Disk Space Usage' this will help you out to find the most used disk space

I ussually do download all the email to outlook, but it wont becuase my emails are overfull or something. it now says i have 0.00 disk space available. I think it is my admin email that is cotributing to blocking it, but it wont let me delete any emails as "quota exceeded". maybe if i add the registry for that one to outlook and delete them from there?

contact your admin and ask him to check your disk usage for your whole Cpanel account or ask him to temp increase your Cpanel disk usage for a short while in order for you to login to fix the email disk quota.
