need help ;) new to c panel [moved]

    You seem to have a space character at the end of the filename, so its name is, "index.html ", or in geek / nerd computer talk "index.html%20". Simply edit the filename to remove the trailing space character and that should resolve your issue as that is a valid default page title on cPanel servers ( as well as others ).

    You should really be asking your hosting provider about such issue too as it is they who are providing you with your hosting and they who have a duty to help you.
