I have a website that is hosted on a host. Well, I can not access it it seems my ip is blocked somehow, but other comuter can access the website, when I went to another comp, and went to IP deny manager on the cpanel, it doesn't show ANY ip address blocked. It said no ip are blocked. what's wrong?

it's possible that you tryed to login too many times, and a automatic brute force detection on your hosts computer picked it up and is blocking your IP on computer level.

Otherwise, are you talking about your regular port 80 site, or your cpanel site? cpanel is on a non standard port which means a lot of proxies might block that port.

No I doubt it, but you should really just ask your host what is going on.
