need help, sendmail problems

In my Cpanel area,I use the webmail system, try to send out mails,but failed. It shows as follows,

Email delivery error
Server replied: 11 Can't execute command '/usr/local/cpanel/bin/sendmail_cpanel -i -t [email protected]'.

It that possible to fix this problem? need ur advice,ths :)
