Hi,

I'm a new user of Cpanel. Sorry for me English, I'm French.

I need help to configure my cpanel server because I can't not send mail.
Here is the context:

I bought virtual machine With Cpanel. I do not modify any settings.
I configured the package for my clients and created accounts.

I can connect to the end-user cpanel and create mailboxes.
I can connect to webmail but when I try to send a mail..Nothing
I receive a message that inform me "the email wa send" bot nothing... :(
I do not receive any error message.

I think that the problem results from the wrong configuration of DNS.

Just another info, i register Domain name for my client to Eurodns.

Hope that can help me,

Thanks by advance,

Hello :)

Have you created/registered your name servers at the domain registrar with IP addresses on your cPanel server, and then assigned those name servers to your domain name?

Thank you.

Yes, have you created those name servers at the domain registrar and assigned those name servers to the domain name at the registrar?

Thank you.

you need to save your DNS zones with
" Remote Mail Exchanger" checked for all domains using Google
so your local email system will know to deliverer it there

I think i found the problem.
At eurodns, I have to configure the NS:
I tried to create a new NS profile:
dns3.dclux.com --> 80.92.72.172
dns4.dclux.com --> 80.92.83.28

But when i try to apply, I got an error message like:
f> The SOA answer is not authoritative
=> dns3.dclux.com/80.92.72.172

I think that i wrong configured DNS in cpanel.

I'm right ?

Ensure the "A" records that you have configured under "Edit DNS Zone" in Web Host Manager for "dns3" and "dns4" match the IP addresses you are using at the registrar for these name servers. Also, check if there are any special requirements at your registrar for configuring your own name servers.

Thank you.

He you can see the configuration in my cpanel:

cpanel.png

There are no special requirements for configuration I have already do for another domain (it was not me who managed the server)
Thanks,

The screenshot you provided does not indicate that "A" records have been configured for "dns3" and "dns4". Instead, it just shows those name servers have been used in the zone. There should be entries for "dns3" and "dns4" on the left hand side of that image with "A" records pointing to the IP addresses associated with those name servers.

Thank you.
