Need Help Urgent with cpanel failed

    hi why updateing the configuration of acpache build through whm it crashed and ever since i cannot start up cpanel does anone know how to make it work again or rebuild it manualy so that it will work ? thanks

    SSH to the server and try

    /scripts/upcp --force

    i have tried that so many times i still get apache failed :(

    have you tryed
    /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart

    Also try

    /usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl configtest

    and see the result, whether it gives any syntax errors ?

    root@pro [~]# /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart
    /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart: httpd not running, trying to start
    Syntax error on line 1096 of /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf:
    Invalid command 'BytesLog', perhaps mis-spelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration
    /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart: httpd could not be started

    Try a search for BytesLog now as the fix will be in the returned results.
