    Hello fulltek,

    Right now, logan7-ds.tikohosting.com does not have any DNS zone recordd returning when I dig it:

    Code:
    $ dig +short logan7-ds.tikohosting.com
    $
    Do you control the DNS for tikohosting.com on the machine? If you do, simply add an A record for logan7-ds.tikohosting.com in WHM > Change Hostname area by clicking Change and then the next area will have a button for "Add an A entry for your hostname"

    If you do not control the DNS for tikohosting.com, then you would need to contact whoever does to ask them to add an A record. You can always change the hostname to another one in WHM > Change Hostname area to a subdomain for a domain that you do control the DNS on the server.
    Thanks.
