need help with resolver setup

This server is acting as a primary nameserver, and I have enabled the nameserver under inital nameserver setup. The instructions suggest I need to include atleast 2 nameservers and the primary must be 127.0.0.1. How do I know what to put into the 2nd box?

NOC?

Not sure what a NOC is. A few more details would be appreciated.

NOC = Network Operations Center...where your server is located.

They will need to provide you with 2 IP address which you can use for your nameservers.

How does this process (modify resolver configuration) differ from assigning an IP for primary and secondary nameservers under "edit setup". Is it necessary to do both?

it must be a little different....

...because through the edit setup screen i am using an IP for both primary and secondary nameservers primary = 66.129.86.150, secondary = 66.129.86.151, but for the resolver configuration i am supposed to use 127.0.0.1 for primary? What is the difference between these two configurations?
