If you are talking about making an FTP account in your cPanel then I can help...Other wise please explain more on what you need....

Ok first login to your cPanel

    http://domain.com:2082
    or use SSL (dont matter)
    https://domain.com:2083

Then on the screen that you see you need to click the immage that says FTP Manager, it is right Below Mail and next to File Manager.

    Then click on FTP Accounts

    Finally click Add FTP Account

Fill in all the information and you will be done..

The user name will be username@domain.com

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but that should be it..

    Seth

If you're a reseller perhaps you weren't given the control over FTP accounts - thus preventing the link from displaying.
