NEED HELP!

on my control panel when i enter it all i get is a error the error says:





ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved

First of all you seem to be going through a web proxy. A lot of web proxies do not allow connections outside of normal web ports like 80 and 443. It seems your proxy is trying to connect to some port I've never seen before (8443). Sometimes you cannot connect to cpanel through a firewall/proxy setup.
