Need login information

I recently purchased webservervice and I have not recieved my username passwaord etc dns information ..I have a domain name thats been around for a few years and I need to get it transfered to ace-host ...I paid so I want to recieve my information promptly...
I recieved my confromation call and that was the last I herd form ace-host and I have sent emails, and sending tickets is like pulling hens teeth ..I also called and got only recorded messages basicly sending me back to the ticket booth ...so I am chasing my tail here...

Unfortunately you're going to have to contact the host... their acct info is stored on their servers.

Even if they're using Cpanel servers their acct info is stored locally to them and cannot be accessed by anyone but them.

cPanel is only a piece of software used 1000's of hosting companies and has no control on individual hosting companies business.

You sure picked a good hosting company.
They've established a pretty negative reputation around here as far as customer support goes.

Cheapest isn't always best.
