Need major help, cannot send mail from PHP

The server I am on requires authentication to send email. I was told that TrustedIP will allow smtp relay without authentication, and my admin has this setup but the PHP error logs are still saying I need to authenticate before sending an email through a script.

Anyone out there know how to fix this? I am offering $ for the answer hence it is the only thing preventing my newly transferred website from going live and is costing me mucho money.
