Hi,

I rebooted the server 5 times and the notification for "apply kernel updates" and "softwares updates" dont hide from my WHM.

How I can resolve this or hide this messages?

Hey there! It's possible the reboot isn't loading the correct kernel. If you wanted to submit a ticket to our team we could check that for you, although we don't perform any kernel adjustments or reboots on our end.

Can you run the following commands on the server?

Code:
whmapi1 system_needs_reboot
rpm -qa |grep kernel
uname -r
That would show us more details about the update and kernel.

Hey there! That's interesting as that is the latest LVE version available. Can you contact CloudLinux directly about this issue, as it seems the kernels are out of order on the system? If you have purchased CloudLinux through cPanel, you can also submit a ticket to our support team directly.

My solution:

I changed to load LVE KERNEL for default, after this I removed the Centos kernel(el7) and rebooted the server.
But the message to updates show and dont hide from WHM.

Show on the "whmapi1 system_needs_reboot" command CENTOS KERNEL????
