Need to change date format in fields including FM, SSH, ftp from month/day/year to day/month/year

I need to change date format from month/day/year to day/month/year.

I know that other locales in cPanel do just that, such as the Spanish one it will read as day/month/year, but I need this locale to be in English as the queen and Tony refuse to accept cPanel conventions.

Below is a screen shot of the Spanish locale, which is what I need but in English.



Below is the standard English screen shot.



I would like to know where to edit the XML or if there are any locales with this setting available to download.

Additionally will this change the location in SSH.

I believe the "CNTMMDDYY" value might be the one you are looking to modify.

Note: Making changes to the cPanel locale will not alter how text appears through SSH.
