Actually its a query regarding setting up a website through cpanel (I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this query, but I hope will get some clues). Currently my website is setup through Apache, so now we are trying to setup the website through cpanel, my query is:

"When we create a new cpanel account, the existing website will work as it is, correct? I mean I want to confirm creating a new cpanel account will not affect any configurations existing in server."

    More details:
    - As per current setup site folder is located in usr/local/apache/htdocs/

There's no way to automatically convert a manually created account to a cPanel account. You will need to backup your website content and then remove the data and configuration associated with that domain name from your server before creating an account for it in Web Host Manager. Then, manually copy/upload the data to the new account.

    Thank you.
