In dealings with me making e.skin I wanted to also make my own directories to take up less space in the main directory and well it's my preference.

What I need to know is this. Does cPanel need to read certain directories in the skins to update certain features/functions/etc. or could I make my own directories and when 1 function is updated it's already uploaded.

Example: (Using BlueCP & XSkin v2 tarballs)
    ..both have these 3 directories

    - addon
    - parked
    - subdomain

Lets say I wanted to combine those 3 into like: "dom_aos" (domain_addons) and just place all of the files in both of those into the new "dom_aos" directory.. Would everything still work properly withough interference?

I would really like to know from possibly skin developers or people from cPanel themselves.

    Thanks and Good Day

cpanel won't touch your theme directory at all. You can use any structure you wish.
