    Hi

I just inserted the TXT record you have and it worked fine via CPANEL.

You might have problem that cpanel needs to look at.

    -------------------------------------------
look in named.conf for the directory where zones are stored
    /etc/named.conf

    then goto zone directory
    cd /var/named/
should be a file in there called domainanme.com.db or soemthign simialr

edit it in vi and add line for TXT manually.

Be carefull you dont mess it up. !!!!

    thank you so much

    IN the file domainanme.com.db
    the records look like that
    www.newsletter 14400 IN CNAME ibiza.lyris.net.

The line i need to insert is
    newsletter.ibiza-voice.com.IN TXT "v=spf1 a mx ?all"
Do i have to respect the space and do i have to insert 14400 before IN?
I just want to be sure

WHM works perfectly! In fact, we updated the default DNS templates using WHM
to automatically insert SPF records into every new domain that is created on the system.

    newsletter.ibiza-voice.com.
    14400
    IN
    TXT
    "v=spf1 a mx ?all"

Put each of these in a separate box going from left to right
