Need to set-up WHM on my sever

I have a dedicated server. I have been running this server for over 2 years. It was running fine. Recently I have upgraded mySQL from 4.0 to 4.1. Initially it has complained for mysql.sock file.

My ISP has reformated my hard drive and re-installed cPanel. but I am unable to bring up WHM and restore my backup.

Can someone help me fix the problem by restoring WHM and all my backups?

Could you please let me know how much would it cost to complete the job.?

Did you check the log files:
/var/log/messages
/usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log
/usr/local/apache/erros/logs/error_log

Restart the cPanel/WHM: /sbin/service cpanel restart
