Need tutorial for upload_url_path

Hi, can someone please point me to a tutorial for upload_url_path ? I'm not sure if I can put a full url to any folder or only on my server or only this cpanel, etc.. Thank you

I think it would be better to ask in the WordPress forum or in a specialized cms site, if you want to change it you can put something as user/public_html/new path

I'd just add that make sure you take a backup of the database before making any changes.

WordPress has a ton of instructions on these. This is best suited for their forums but you should look to see what's already been asked.
