All of the sudden one client's subdomain exceeded the bandwidth usage and the account was suspended showing the bandwidth exceeded message. I have increased the bandwidth via WHM and the main account is up and running, but the subdomain still shows bandwidth limit exceeded. Any ideas? This customer is so pissed .....

    Thanks!

I think this is the directory that holds the files for the bandwidth exceeded clients:
    /var/cpanel/bwlimited

Remove the file that matches the domain and it should take care of it.

Believe it or not, there is absolutely nothing in the /var/cpaenl/bwlimited directory. Weird indeed...
