need whitelist for antivirus.exim

Hi,

We have implemented antivirus.exim in /etc/ on our mail server which is exim.

We found how to make whitelist from Cpanel in antivirus.exim as mentioned below, but its not working.
------------------------------
if
$header_to: matches "ajans\.es|ajans\.com" then

finish
endif
------------------------------

But this is not working and the mails are still discarded.

So were can I add the domain in whitelist. Is there anyother way I can add the domain in whitelist so its mails will not get discarded?
