We just moved a domain from one server to another and now all but the main account are getting:

Access Denied, This Account has been suspended.

when they try to access Neomail. Has anbody seen this before? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I didin't find this error searching.

me too

I'm getting this on one domain as well. I deleted and recreated the account, but the problem persists.

Did you find an answer?

Check the /var/cpanel/suspended directory and see if their username is listed.

Yep, that's what it was that time it happened to me.

This happened to me as well. I removed the entry in /var/cpanel/suspended, but I'd love to know why it happened in the first place.

Does anyone have any ideas regarding the cause of this?

I've tried to reproduce the problem without any success. (I suppose that might be considered a good thing, but I'm very curious. ;)
