When users log in to Neomail, some see the folder &inbox.pop& and some other strange looking ones that they didn't create. This might seem like a minor bug but I have one persistent client who's harassing me to fix this for him.
So I went in and deleted this file. However, I'm guessing the next time he uses Outlook to retrieve his mail, this file will show up again.
What can I do to make this go away permanently?
