    Strange ?

I noticed that Neomail is supposed to display a background gif (envelope)

Apart from the fact that the neomail program does not seem to have been installed on my server in a way so that this would display, I tested this by installing the required gif in the directory from which the image was called...

    http://domain.com/neo-images/neomail-bg.gif
(strange address for a program which is supposed to install "server-wide")

    Still no display.

Then I placed an underscore rather than a hyphen, and presto; background image.

So the server is UNIX and does not like the "-"

    Using version 1.25
Why would the program be constructed with such an incompatability?

Anyone have any info on this little issue?
re: the install question or a similar experience?

    Dear webfeatus,

You have made a mistake somewhere in the configuration file.
    http://domain.com/neo-images/neomail-bg.gif
works fine and in Unix it doesn\'t matters whether it is hyphen or underscore. Try modify the settings in neomail.pl file.

    Regards,
