    Hello,

I seem to be having neomail issues, session cookies: NEOMAIL ERROR

Your request didn't contain the proper session ID cookie -- access denied!

I am also having problems sending email through outlook, keep getting a symantec error: "Your email message was unable to be sent because your mail server rejected the message."

So, either way I am having problems.
any help would be highly appreicated.

Well The problem must be with the wirte pernmissions of the nession files.
The neomail sessions are stored in /var/cpanel/neomail .
Check that the permissions of this directory is drwxrwxrwt. If it is so Then There is only one possibility. ur /var is full. Check this by typing df in command line. lelete your lod logs and make some free space. Thatzt. :)

    Sijo,

I am sorry. The permission for /var/cpanel/neomail is correct drwxrwxrwt and also the logs are not full.

I am having a client report this same error. Outlook also hangs retrieving the messages. I can log in and look at her e-mail account through neomail fine. It seems to be machine specific.

Thats a session problem, i dont know how to solve it in any other way but if you do this it would work

In internet explorer go to privacy tab in tools
advanced check the automatic cookies manipulation and the permit cookies options
    press ok

    close IE and test it

    Regards

    session id cookies

    Hi,

This error occurs due to the cached cookies which is stored in your computer by the previous session. Please clear cached cookies in your browser and everything will be fine.
