NeoMail Error

When my clients go to login to NeoMail, the user/pass box appears loads the &NeoMail Logo& page, but once you click the logo to view your email this error message is give...

Software error:
Insecure dependency in require while running with -T switch at /usr/local/cpanel/base/neomail/neomail.pl line


Is there something that needs to be installed on the server that I don't have, or did something get screwed up?

I found the cause of the error...

After a few days of troubleshooting on my own, I noticed all the accounts that suffered this issues were those who recently restored their home directory through the backup option in CPanel. Could this be a glitch somewhere when CPanel restores these files? I have checked the permissions on the files and everything looks cool. So far the solution I found to this was delete the mail account then recreate it.

Is there a way that can be fixed so that recreating all the mail accounts doesn't have to be done?
