neomail images

when i create a new account and the users log into their neomail, no images are loading, how or where can i fix this issue?

ok, one more time, does anybody have a idea how to fix these missing images?

cd /usr/local/cpanel/base/neomail

Make sure you have the following symlinks:

images -> neo-images//
neo-images -> ../neo-images/

cd /usr/local/cpanel/base/neo-images

ls -la | wc -l

You should have 29 images in that directory.
