After years of using Cpanel and webmail, I have never seen this before. A client was checking his webmail, using Neomail, and suddenly got a message,
All his email instantly disappeared. Now, according to the mail manager in Cpanel, there is 137 MB of mail in that account, but it is not showing. I don't know what to do with this one.
