    Hi,

I have some issues with one email account.

He can see his email messages in Horde, but in Neomail there is no message.

Is there any script that I can run in order to syncronize Neomail with Horde database?

The problem is only for one email account.

    Thanks,
    Constantin

    Same glitch here

We are experiencing the same issue here. Not every but several accounts owners scream for lost neomail messages and switch to Horde in order to grab them.

/scripts/fixwebmail - since long for us - just reports an error

chown: failed to get attributes of `/usr/local/etc/cpanel/base/webmail/data': No such file or directory
chmod: failed to get attributes of `/usr/local/etc/cpanel/base/webmail/data': No such file or directory

    /scripts/mailperm won't help.

    Any hints are welcome.

    Thank you
    Paula

similar problem here, emails are in the email files but not showing up in neomail or horde, and /scripts/fixwebmail doesn't work (same error listed above in previous post)

Neomail's db files are probably corrupt. Make a backup and remove the .db files in /home/username/.neomail-account/username/

Replace 'username' with the main account's username and 'account' with the first part of the email address.

Will the problem be solved if we restore the files from the backup? If not, how do you get the data back?
