We've got a problem with neomail giving an error:

    Couldn't open /home/username/mail/domain.name.com/user.address

This is for an account where the domain name is: domain-name.com as you can see, it is replacing the - with a . in the domain to get the system path - which is wrong.

    Any fix for this?

    Thanks,

What cpanel build are you on? There were some changes in how email works with build 5 making it necessary for everyone to upgrade.

Yeah we tried updating CPanel when the problems occured, but it didn't fix it. I've submitted a ticket now (Which I should have done in the first place) and Nick is looking at it.

Karl, I thought you'd never come back to cpanel after deciding on using another control panel on your servers! ;)
