    Hello,

If you get an error in neomail 'could not connect to session error'

    1. Login to shell
    2. cd /var/cpanel
    3. check /neomail directory
    4. chmod 1777 neomail

Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...

Some machines are still needing the 1777 permissions or Neomail quits with session errors..

Does anyone have any idea why Cpanel changes it to 755 at each update?
