    Hello Guys ,

Have you ever seen this problems? It's like when clients check the email with neomail , the neomail process with that user will struck in the system when i use "top" , and it uses 100 % CPU all the time so it makes CPU load.. but this happen to some accounts on our system.

Please share with me if you have faced some of this problems.

    Thank you guys,

    George

We also are having this issue. We sometimes see one site with 4 to 5 neomail processes running at once with some going as long as 60 minutes or more.

same here, but we detected this trouble happens only with transfered accounts from anothers servers.

If one account is created in the server, this trouble never happen with emails in this account.

We get this trouble several times, after a migration of 200 accounts.

Solution: re-create all emails in domain.

How large (disk usage) are the email boxes on the accounts that are proving problematic?

    Parcial Solution!

    Hello, pleople.

After searching this issue for hours, I think I'm very close to the solution.
I'll paste my last answer to the CPanel Support for better understanding.

    (...)
I've remembered to have something like this before, and how I solved the problem. I've quickly solved the problem by removing the ~/.neomail-USER directory.
This means that some data under the refered directory was corrupted OR inconsistent. This is something that occours sometimes, I dont know why, but i've seen some people saying that is more commom when migrating (importing) from other servers.
Just removing all the clients personal neomail directories would be a solution, but its NOT. I strongly suggest a deeper look at the problem becose:
1- This is a problem that occours with many people (as you can see at the refered forum topic above)
2- This removes all my clients webmail personal behaviours and customizations.
3- Even when FIXED, this problem occours again. Why?

This must be someting wrong with some content of the directory. I'm sure that thare's people @ CPanel better then me to see this problem, but I'll be glad to help somehow to this analisys.
