Neomail Programe !!

Hey there ,,

I have an accont in my friend server with CP programe as the control panel
It is really good

but what I need to know is :
If I want to open registeration for my mail ( Like Hotmail ,,for free )
can I do this with the programe that included in CP ( NeoMail ) ?

And Can I change the theme of the programe Neomail and the language ( By Downloading from your site OR by myself ) ?

No NeoMail is not a good choice for free email service like Hotmail

However you can change your language and colors via user preferences in Neomail

Also if you are using Shared Hosting means you have a shared account within a server; most of providers don't permit you to offer free email service to third parties you have to have a dedicated server and install additional webmail software for free email service
