I have a dedicated server users can log into neo-mail and see their emails but once the try and click on a an email they get the following error.

    NEOMAIL ERROR

Your request didn't contain the proper session ID cookie -- access denied!

This happens on every account on the server. I was able to reproduce the result on three different computers each running ie, safari, and mozilla respectively. Has anyone else seen this issue before? Ideas on how to resolve it?

    maybe?

This was a long time ago and I am trying to remember.

    check /neomail directory
    chmod 1777 neomail

    /scripts/upcp --force

make sure that /tmp is not full.

    Thanks

    I did all that

    check /neomail directory
    chmod 1777 neomail

    /scripts/upcp --force

make sure that /tmp is not full.

    And

Service cpanel restart and is working now.
